In 2023 my primary focus was to broaden and create role onboarding programs and serve on the integration change communications team.
Highlights include:
Rolled out the RN role-specific onboarding program to the 430+ branch locations. This included creating and delivering live training on the purpose of the program, data proving its validity, and instructions on using the materials. Additional supplemental eLearning materials were created.
Provided education for the Preceptors and Leaders using the program. This included a live one-day session in the field and multiple virtual live trainings and presentations.
Created a new role-specific onboarding web page with an internal and external team.
Created an integration-specific web page with an internal and external team to serve as a resource during the organization merger.
Served as project manager for gathering materials from SMEs for our integration web page with a sense of urgency and information sensitivity.
Side projects included creating job aids for organizational leaders on the Merit Increase process and an eLearning module on the Performance Management cycle. Both projects required following the ADDIE framework to project management and gather information and expectations from the SMES.
