I developed, designed and/or delivered needed education through eLearning and live training.
I asked the right questions to ensure the training meets goals: why? what is our goal? how will we know this is a success?
I used technology to support learning initiatives.
I continued to learn. In this healthcare role, I have learned everything from basic medical terminology (I admit to Googling words on the sly!) to how to most effectively engage clinicians in learning. I enjoy the constant stretch and love being in healthcare!
Instructional Designer:

I wrote, fact-checked, produced and trained on the published curriculum.
I paid attention to the smallest details to ensure product quality.
I edited quickly and efficiently, including quality-checking instructions for accuracy and writing steps for the appropriate reading level.
I managed a photographer, videographer, and models in both product and marketing shoots.
I loved (and continue to love) 'smart' work. This job tested my academic prowess and I enjoyed the day-to-day tasks.
